A few of my favorite wellness tools

Tongue Scraper

Clears toxins and bacteria from the tongue, helps remove coating on the tongue that leads to bad breath, helps eliminate undigested food particles from the tongue, enhances the sense of taste, promotes overall oral and digestive health, gently stimulates the internal organs.

Dry Body Brush

Removes the top layer of dead skin, exfoliates, and stimulates the circulation of blood feeding the skin. Used throughout the world for centuries, skin brushing is one of the best ways to cleanse the skin without removing the protective mantle of acids and oils. It stimulates the lymphatic system to take toxins and cellular waste products away from the skin cells. Also helps improve the appearance of cellulite!

Jade Roller

SO MANY SKIN BENEFITS: From relaxing tense facial muscles and erasing expression wrinkles, smoothing dark circles, to depuffing your eyes & face, supporting collagen production and helping your favorite serums to quickly penetrate your skin, this authentic jade roller is the way to go. Enjoy flawless, healthy and radiant skin again.

Lymphatic Drainage Paddle

One of the most effective ways to maximize lymph drainage, that is free, cheap and you can do anytime is—exercise. The second most effective way is through lymphatic drainage therapy. The Body Tool is used during lymphatic massage therapy in South America—a practice called Wooden Sculpt. It aids in draining and moving toxins out of the body naturally--especially those in the lower body. The wood paddle teamed with gentle massage helps reduce the appearance of cellulite on the skin's surface by helping toxins find their way to the lymphatic nodes. Always massage in an upward or downward motion towards the lymph nodes following the lymphatic system’s map.

Organic Lavender Oil

Lavender is perfectly balanced floral-herbaceous aroma provides an unmatched array of attributes — calming, relaxing, refreshing, toning and cleansing — making it the most popular oil in aromatherapy.

Ashwagandha Tea

Modern research has classified Tulsi as an adaptogenic herb, which has been shown to support the body’s natural immune system while relieving the body’s negative reaction to environmental, physical, and emotional stress.

Balancing Oil for Your Dosha

Oils warm and lubricate your system. Ayurveda highly recommends a daily self-massage to restore calm and provide strength. Sesame, coconut or almond oil are good choices depending on your body type and the time of the year.

  • Wait to check your email or social media until after you’ve completed your morning routine. Your email is everyone else’s to do list for you. You will show up better when you’ve taken care of yourself first. This routine sets your tone for the day.

Evening Routine

  • Eat dinner on the earlier side. The digestive process takes a lot of energy! If you struggle with acid reflux, this can be particularly helpful!

  • Take a walk after dinner to ease your mind and aid in digestion.

  • Drink a mug of Ashwagandha or dosha balancing tea.

  • Abhyanga with dosha balancing oil. I like to dilute 2 drops of lavender oil in the carrier oil and massage on my feet. Wear socks so you don’t slip!

  • Jade roller

  • Evening meditation

  • Turn off electronics a minimum of 1 hour before bed. Two hours is preferable. Do not engage in emotional conversations, watch stimulating shows, or online shop before turning in. All these activities amp you up making it more difficult to fall asleep.
